The 2015/16 Baringo County Annual Development Plan is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Public Finance Management Act 2012; article 126. This Annual Development Plan is framed against broad fiscal policy and reform measures underpinning the budget for the year 2015/16, outlining expenditures cm priority programmes and allocation of resources as per each sectoral medium term plan
