The vision of the policy is to enhance coordination in prevention, mitigation and management of conflicts as well as sustained peacebuilding processes in the most participatory, cultural sensitive, inclusive, transparent and accountable manner. This policy framework is the Government's deliberate effort towards developing a comprehensive, legal and administrative mechanism to govern peacebuilding and conflict management processes in the country. The policy aims and aspirations expressed in this paper will however remain elusive if the identified policies and strategies among others, are not put in practice by respective players. | en_US |
