Nyandarua County Annual Development Plan 2017/2018

Abstract

The 2017/2018FY County Annual Development Plan (ADP) was formulated in the model of the current Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF). The Plan was prepared in line with the requirements of Section 126 of the Public Finance Management Act 2012, and in accordance with Article 220(2) of the Constitution. The Annual Plan contains the priority development programmes/projects that shall be implemented during the financial year 2017/2018. The preparation of the Annual Plan made reference to key County Policy documents particularly the County Integrated Development Plan (2013– 2017) and the medium term County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2016.
