Kiambu County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2014

Abstract

This is the first County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) to be tabled in the County Assembly under the Public Finance Management Act, 2012. It outlines the broad strategic developmental issues and fiscal framework, together with a summary of county government spending plans, as a basis of 2014/15 budget and the mediumterm. The policy paper is informed by the draft Kiambu County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP), the Vision 2030, the governor's manifesto, feedback from members of the public and National Government policies as outlined in the 2014 Budget Policy Statement (BPS).
