This strategic plan provides the health sector medium term focus, objectives and priorities in line with the County Integrated Strategic Development Plan (CIDP).It will provide guidance on the strategic, operational and investment priorities needed to improve heath. The plan borrows from National health sector strategic plan (NHSSPII) whose goal was to reduce inequalities in health care services and reverse the downward trend in outcome indicators.
