Wareng District Development Plan 2008-2012 

Abstract

The 8th District Development Plan (DDP) for 2008-2012 was collaboratively prepared by the District Planning and Monitoring Unit and Sector Working Groups (SWGs). Stakeholder consultations across 148 districts shaped the plan, which aligns with national development goals. The DDP emphasizes a globally competitive and prosperous Kenya, taking into account global changes. It establishes medium-term policies translated into short-term strategies under the Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) for improved service delivery.
