Trans Nzoia County Programme Based Budget 2017/2018

Abstract

This program based budget 2017-18 has been prepared in compliance with section 125 of the Public Finance Management Act 2012, and in accordance with Article 220(2) of the Constitution. It contains the Programmes that will be implemented during the financial year 2017/2018. It therefore provides a basis of the major Programmes and projects for implementation in the financial year 2017-18 which seek to transform Trans Nzoia County into an outstanding agro-industrialized county with high quality of life for her residents.
