Abstract

This is the third County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) to be tabled in the County Assembly under Section 117 of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012. It outlines the broad strategic macroeconomic issues and fiscal framework, together with a summary of County Government spending plans, as a basis of 2017/18 budget and the medium- term.
