| dc.description.abstract | This is the fourth County Annual Development Plan to be implemented during the CIDP II (2018-2022) period. Priority programmes and projects captured in this plan have been carefully designed to build on the gains made and lessons learnt from implementing the first two ADPs (2018-2019 and 2019-2020). These programmes and projects when successfully implemented will feed into the broader agenda of “Realizing the full potential of devolution in a peaceful and prosperous County where all citizens enjoy a high-quality life and a sense of belonging” The County government of Kisumu prepared the Annual Development Plan (CADP) for the Financial Year 2021-2022 in accordance with the provisions of the County Government Act, 2012 and the Public Finance Management Act, 2012. | en |
