| dc.description.abstract | The 2022/23 CADP has been developed in line with the 2018-22 CIDP, Kenya Vision 2030, the Big Four Agenda, the Global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and other relevant protocols and sectoral policies. The preparation and implementation of this plan is based on stakeholder participation and good governance. It has taken into account requisite constitutional and legal requirements.
