dc.description.abstractThe 2022 County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) under the theme “ ECONOMIC RECOVERY AMID COVID-19 PANDEMIC” sets out the priority programs and reforms to be implemented by Kiambu County over the next MTEF period (2022/23 – 2024/25). The programs and policies herein reflect the needs of Kiambu people and are anchored under the second County Integrated Development Plan (2018/19 - 2022/23 CIDP), Governor’s manifesto, the ‘BIG FOUR’ National agenda and the Kenya Vision 2030. The paper is also aligned with the national objectives contained in the 2022 Budget Policy Statement (BPS), the National Policy document that sets out the broad strategic priorities and policy goals that guide the National and County Governments in preparing their budgetsen
