| dc.description.abstract | The Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2020/21 is the 3rd one year Medium Term Plan which will implement the programmes, projects and initiatives identified in the Second County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2018-22. The County has built up a strong foundation upon which strengthening of the journey to prosperous County for all its residents. This can only be achieved through the adoption of a growth strategy based in Programmes that Improve livelihoods through provision of basic services, maximization of production, building a peaceful and cohesive society, generate employment most rapidly, and improve the income generating opportunities for the poor.
