dc.description.abstractThe County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP) is prepared in line section 118 of the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act, 2012 and Chapter Five (5) of the County Budget Operations Manual, 2014 that gives guidelines on content and format of CBROP. The paper reviews the fiscal performance of the county for the Financial Year 2018/19; the updated macro-economic and financial forecasts; and deviations from the approved County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) 2019 and reasons for such deviations.en_US
