| dc.description.abstract | This is the 7th Machakos County Annual Development Plan (CADP) under the devolved governance structure covering the period 2020 – 2021. The preparation process of this CADP has adhered to regulations in Section 126 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), 2012 and Article 220(2) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2012. The CADP is prepared annually as part of implementation of the five year County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP), which is the guiding development blue print for the county for the period 2018 to 2022. As such, the document is aligned to international, regional, national and county development agenda that is, the SDGs, AU’s Agenda 2063, Vision 2030 and its Medium Term Plan III, the Governor’s Manifesto among others. | en |
