Abstract
Kisumu County is a member of the Lake Region Economic Bloc (LREB) and is one of the six economic Blocs. The county is classified as a non-ASAL county with less than 10 per cent aridity levels. It is also one of the four cities in Kenya and is largely urban. Kisumu County occupies a total land area of 2085.9 km2 and has seven Sub-Counties namely: Kisumu East, Kisumu West, Kisumu Central, Muhoroni, Nyando, Seme, and Nyakach............
