| dc.description.abstract | This annual investment Plan and Budget for Financial Year 2020/2021 has been prepared by the department of Land, Housing and Urban Development under stewardship of County Executive Committee Member and in consultation with municipality of Busia. The plan is anchored in the County Urban Institutional Development Strategy (CUIDS) and County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2018-2022 and was prepared through consultation of county technical experts in planning, urban design and infrastructure and the general public and relevant stakeholders.
