| dc.description.abstract | Section 126 of Public Finance Management Act, 2012 requires that the County Government prepares a Development Plan which the County Executive Committee Member in charge of planning shall submit to the County Assembly, not later than 1st September of each year, for approval. This County Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2020/21 has been prepared with the purpose to provide a comprehensive list of new and ongoing projects that the County government, through its various departments, intends to implement during the financial year 2020/21. | en |
