| dc.description.abstract | Preparation of CADP is a statutory requirement of the PFM Act, 2012 which inter-alia lays emphasis on the CIDP as the overall guide in the budget making process and that each County is expected to prepare on Annual Development Plan (ADP) which derived from the CIDP. The CADP 2020/21 details the development Programmes and Projects to be implemented by departments within the County during that financial year. The implementation of the plan is expected to contribute towards realizing the promised of Making Meru Great.
