Laikipia County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2020

Abstract

The Laikipia County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) for the year 2020 is a key policy document of the County Government of Laikipia that indicates how the government intends to finance programmes and prioritize allocation of resources to implement programs and projects in the approved Annual Development Plan (ADP). This approved version incorporates the inputs of the County Assembly as per the report on the approval of the CFSP by the County Assembly. It also take cognisant of the memorandum by the by my office necessitated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The proposed Covid interventions highlight measures to mitigate and revive the economy from the impact of the pandemic
