| dc.description.abstract | The 2019/2020 Nandi County Annual Development Plan (CADP) is formulated in the model of the current MediumTerm Expenditure Framework (MTEF).The Plan is prepared in line with the Constitution of Kenya 2010 Article 220(2), Section 126 of the Public Finance Management Act 2012 and the County Governments Act 2012. In this CADP, the government will continue to improve the level of transport infrastructure, enhance access to clean and safe water, improve the quality of the health care system and boost the agricultural productivity in the county. Various strategies have been proposed under each of the sectors in the county whose overall goal will be to improve the welfare of the people of Nandi County. | en |
