Abstract/ Overview
The County Annual Development Plan (CADP) provides a basis for the budget making process of the subsequent financial years in accordance with Article 220 (2) of the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and Public Finance Management Act, 2012, Sect. 126 (1) and (2). This work plan defines the priority programmes and projects set for implementation in FY 2018/2019 as approved in the outer years of the current Budget estimates. The 2018/2019 County Annual Development Plan continues from where the 2017/2018 Annual Development Plan concluded and gives priority to projects that were not completed in that financial year. This is expected to be in line with other structural reforms envisioned to propel the county to desired levels of developmental vibrancy and progress….
