Abstract/ Overview
The Government of Kenya welcomes the Report of the International Bank Mission which was organized 1961 at the Government's request in order to provide guidance in the preparation of the next development programme. The Report has been received at opportune time, for not only ls the Government preparing a development plan it for a further period of years, but constitutional changes are necessitating a substantial reorganization of the Government.The Report will therefore be taken carefully into consideration, in the context o£ both new organization of government and the next development plan….
