Abstract/ Overview
This Plan lays the framework upon which Busia Health and Sanitation Department will achieve its intended commitment and aspirations for the next five years (2018/19 -2022/23). It provides clear strategies,objectives and outputs that will guide stakeholders implement projects and programs to realize the health sector overall goal. The plan will also act as a guide for assessing performance and achievement of the outlined targets. It aligns itself to key long term planning documents including Kenya Vision 2030, Kenya Health Policy 2012 – 2030 and Busia County Integrated and Development Plan as summarized in the planning framework
