Abstract/ Overview
The Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2020/2021 outlines the broad strategic priorities, policy thrusts and objectives of the County Government of Tana River. The strategic priorities and government policy objectives inform the identification of priority projects and programmes to be implemented during the financial year. This is aimed at addressing the development challenges faced by the county after making a review of the status of the previous year’s projects. The development of this ADP employs a comprehensive process involving all the County Government departments; members of the public, stakeholders and development partners, where their inputs are consolidated in this document.
