Abstract/ Overview
Mandera County Annual Development Plan (ADP) 2019-20 is the sixth development plan for the county under the devolved governance structure and the second in implementation of the second generation County Integrated Development plan (CIDP 2018-2022). The ADP is a key document that comprises of a one year extract of the five year County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) and serves as a basis for preparing the county annual budget.
