The objective of this annual reporting, that is enshrined in the Constitution of Kenya, 2010 is to identify and document the measures taken, progress achieved, challenges faced in the realisation of national values and principles of governance by the respective public institutions. Further, the report will provide direction, strategies and interventions that will enhance the promotion of the same. The national values and principles of governance are fundamental norms and beliefs of Kenyans that guide choices, actions, relations and behaviours of citizens.
