Nandi County Budget Review and Outlook Paper 2020

Abstract

The County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP) is one of the budget policy documents that enhance financial discipline and fiscal responsibilities within the county’s financial management framework as provided for in the Public Finance Management Act (PFM) Act 2012. The 2020 Nandi County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP) presents the actual fiscal performance of the FY 2019/2020 as it makes comparisons to the budget appropriations for the same year as well as the updated economic and financial outlook to set out the broad fiscal parameters for preparation of the next budget.
