Abstract/ Overview
The formulation of the Machakos County Development Planning and implementation policy is yet another milestone for my administration in our efforts to achieve faster and targeted development and which is an integral part of the Maendeleo Chap Chap philosophy. In line with the Constitution of Kenya 2010, my administration recognizes that incorporating the voice of the people and all stakeholders is key to true socio-political and economic development. The implementation of this policy will be a collaborative effort between my administration, all sectors stakeholders. This will include Faith Based Organistions, Non-Governmental Organnisations, Civil Society organisations, the private sector, professional associations and the people of Machakos County
