Abstract/ Overview
The 2020/2021 Budget Estimates have been generated at a time when the Country and the world at large is facing harsh economic times due to the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic which has negatively affected the development gains at the same time forced the country and the counties to adjust their planned programmes. This is also expected to have adverse effects on the revenues expected to be disbursed to various departments, Agencies, and County Government as highlighted in the proposed Amendment of the County Allocation of Revenue Bill, 2020
