Abstract/ Overview
The FY 2023/2024 budget estimates are anchored in and informed by the CFSP 2023 submitted to the County Assembly in February 2023. the CFSP aims to consolidate devolution gains for continued socio-Economic development and to invest decisively in the water sector as well as areas of Urban planning and Development, Quality affordable healthcare, quality and accessible education as well as innovative, modern and commercially oriented agriculture. total revenue is estimated at ksh 8,869,497,864 comprising of KShs 6,790,702,542 equitable share of revenue raised Nationally, Kshs. 872,986,320 worth of conditional allocations from the National Government and Development partners, Kshs. 96,630,600 as revenue from the County's Own Sources and Kshs. 1,109,178,403 as Balance brought forward from FY 2022/23.
