Isiolo County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2023

Abstract

The County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) is a Government policy document that sets out the broad strategic priorities and policy goals to guide the County Governments in preparing their budgets for the subsequent financial year and over the medium term. In the document, adherence to the fiscal responsibility principles demonstrates prudent and transparent management of public resources in line with the Constitution and the Public Finance Management (PFM) Act, 2012.
