Garissa County Integrated Development Plan 2018-2022

Abstract

The Second County Integrated Development Plan (2018-2022) is a positive step by the County Government of Garissa in addressing the many underlying challenges facing the residents of Northern Kenya and more so in Garissa County. Issues of Garissa are multifaceted which calls for coherent and comprehensive CIDP. This CIDP therefore, sets out the road map that will direct the future course of Garissa County. It articulates the mission, vision, strategic goals and objectives as well as the strategies that the county government intends to follow in the next five years.
