dc.description.abstract	The CBROP 2023 has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Public Finance Management Act 2012 Section 118. The CBROP 2023 provides a review of the fiscal performance for the financial year 2022/23 including adherence to the objectives and principles outlined in the County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2023 and the PFM Act, 2012. The document also provides a basis for the revision of the current budget and the financial policies underpinning the medium-term, in addition to forming the basis for the formulation of the 2024 County Fiscal Strategy Paper that will outline the programmes to be funded over the medium term in line with the CIDP 2023-2027.	en
