dc.description.abstract	The County Revised Total Budget for the Financial Year 2023-24 is Kshs. 12,143,017,984 in which Kshs. 8,260,489,118 (68.0%) is for Recurrent while Kshs. 3,882,528,866 (32.0%)is for development. This is a reduction from the previous approved budget of kshs. 380,578,525 due to the downward review of own source revenue from Kshs. 200 Million to Kshs. 150 Million, the dropping of Climate Smart Agriculture Project as well as Conditional Grant for Industrial park of 250 Million. These ratios are within the Fiscal Responsibility Principles limits set by section 107 of the Public Finance Management Act 2012.	en
