dc.description.abstract | The County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP), 2018 is the first to be prepared under the new County Administration and the fifth since the advent of devolution. It seeks to actualize the priorities laid down under the six pillars of the County Administration as well as the agenda spelt out in the Second County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP2). These include:
Creating an enabling environment for business in order to encourage investment growth and expansion of economic opportunities; Development of key infrastructure facilities including roads, water and ICT in order to stimulate growth, create employment and reduce poverty; Promotion of health and education services; Promotion of value addition for agricultural produce, environment management and food security; Promotion of equitable economic and social development; Enhancing governance, transparency and accountability in the delivery of public goods and services. | en_US |
