Abstract/ Overview
The ADP includes priorities for the medium term that reflects the county government’s priorities and plans, a description of how the county government is responding to changes in the financial and economic environment and the programmes to be delivered in each financial year. the programmes to be delivered should include details like the strategic priority to which the programme will contribute,services or good to be provided, measurable indicators of performance where feasible and the budget allocated to each programme.
