Bomet County Annual Development Plan 2020/2021

Abstract

The Annual Development Plan (ADP) for the period 2020/2021 was prepared by the Division of Economic Planning in collaboration with all county departments. The plan is meant to implement the first year of the County Integrated Development Plan 2018-2022. It has been prepared in line with the Kenya Vision 2030, the Constitution of Kenya 2010 and the Public Finance Management Act 2012. The ADP is divided into five chapters. Chapter one provides background description of the county. Chapter two summarizes the implementation of the ADP. Chapter three presents the departments strategic priorities, programmes and prioritized projects from the CIDP for the FY 2020/2021. Chapter four is a summary of the proposed budget by sector/sub sector and programme. Chapter five presents the monitoring and evaluation framework that will be used to track the progress in implementation of projects, policies and programmes in the financial year 2020-2021.
