    Salaries & Remuneration Commission
    Abstract/Overview

Whereas the Commission envisaged that the results of the JE exercise would be fully implemented, it took cognizance of the fact requests for review would arise, upon communication of the JE results. Consequently, JE review 'Appeals' guidelines were developed to guide the review process in case of dissatisfaction by the Public Sector Institution after release of the JE results. The review window has been open from 2017 to date, during which the Commission has been receiving and processing requests for review from Public Sector Institutions. Pursuant to SRC Act 2011, the Commission has embarked on preparation for the 2021 Job Evaluation review cycle and therefore informs all Public Sector Institutions that the review window for the 2017 review cycle closed on 30th June, 2020
