Abstract/ Overview
The Moyale District Development Plan is a comprehensive strategic framework formulated by the District Departmental Heads in collaboration with the District Commissioner and the District Planning Unit. The plan underwent discussions and approvals by the District Executive Committee and the District Development Committee. The Rural Planning Department, operating under the Office of the Vice President and Ministry of Planning and National Development, provided overall guidance and support in terms of seminars, guidelines formulation, and plan editing and publication.
