And while many nations have committed themselves to the goal of promoting gender equality in compliance with various international instruments, treaties and protocols, and notwithstanding considerable strides that have been made towards achieving this goal, gender inequalities and injustices remain pervasive at all levels of society around the world,especially in developing countries such as Kenya.en
