Samburu County Annual Development Plan 2023/2024

Abstract

The 2024 Samburu County Annual Development Plan (CADP) was formulated in the model of the current Medium-Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and the Third County Integrated Development Plan. The plan will be prepared in line with the requirements of the Public Finance Management Act of 2012, 126, section 3, under Article 220 (2) of the constitution. The Annual Development plan contains the strategic priorities programmes/projects that shall be implemented during the financial year 2023/2024 despite the global outbreak and the spread of the covid-19, pandemic, Russia-Ukraine war locusts' invasion that has led to the contraction of the global economy with disastrous consequences pandemic and containment measures aimed at saving lives has disrupted business environment ,including international trade ,leading to loss of livelihoods for millions of people globally.
