This County Annual Development Plan (CADP) for the Financial Year (FY) 2024/2025 is the second policy document to be imleplemented in the Third Generation County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) for the plan period 2023-2027. In preparing this CADP, a lot of consideration was drawn from the challenges experienced and the lessons learnt during the development and implementation of the previous CADP (2022/2023) and also from the Review of the second -generation CIDP (2018-2022). The key priorities outlined in this CADP is aligned to the three pillars of the Vision 2030, the National Government Development Agenda outlined in the Kenya Kwanza Manifesto-Bottom Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA), the Governors Manifesto and International Commitments such as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) and others development plans. The CADP also reflect the Citizens participation as it constitutes their prioritized programmes and projects obtained during public participation forums
