dc.description.abstractThis CFSP is prepared in accordance with provisions of Section 117 of the PFMA 2012. The County Fiscal Strategy Paper 2021 outlines the economic policies and sector priority programs to be implemented in the next MTEF period (2022/23-2024/25) whose priorities are derived from the Samburu residents and as anchored in the County Integrated Development Plan (CIDP), and the National Government’s economic policy under the Big Four agenda of Vision 2030. The policy document outlines the following broad areas: a review of the fiscal performance of the first Six months of FY 2021/2022; highlights of the recent economic developments and economic outlook; broad strategic priorities and policies for FY 2022/2023 as indicated in the Annual Development Plan 2022/2023 and as outlined in the Samburu County Integrated Development Plan II (2018-2022).en
