dc.description.abstract	the County Budget Review and outlook paper (CBROP) 2022 has been prepared in line with section 118 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFM) 2012. it presents the recent economic development and actual fiscal performance of the year 2021/2022 and makes comparison to the budget appropriations for the same year. if further provides updated forecasts with sufficient information to show changes from the projections outlined in the latest County Fiscal Strategy Paper (CFSP) released in February 2022. in this paper, we will also provide an overview of of how the actual performance of the FY 2021/2022 affected the county's compliance with the fiscal responsibility, principles and financial objectives.	en
