Circular on Guidelines for Preparation of The 2021/22 - 2023/24 Medium Term Budget

Abstract

This Circular is issued in accordance to Section 36 of the Public Finance Management Act,.2012 and provides guidelines on the processes and procedures to be followed when preparing the Medium-Term Budget for FY202 I /22 - 2023/24. The guidelines apply to all Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs), Constitutional Commissions, Independent Offices, Parliament and the Judiciary.
