It is, therefore, important that aJI those who work in the public sector are aware of the risk of and means of enforcing the rules against corruption and other illegal acts involving dishonesty or loss of or damage to property. The County Government in its Integrated Development Plan (CIDP) 2013-2017 has advocated for zero-tolerance to corruption. It plans to achieve this through civic education, establishment of appropriate structures to fight corruption and anti-corruption campaigns in collaboration with other stakeholders. This document sets out the government's pol icy and response plan for detected or suspected corruption.
