It plans to achieve this through civic education, establishment of appropriate structures to fight corruption and anti-corruption campaigns in collaboration with other stakeholders. This document sets out the government's pol icy and response plan for detected or suspected corruption. The County Government requires all staff at all times to act honestly and with integrity and to safeguard the public resources for which the government is responsible.
