Abstract

The 2017 County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP) is the 4th to be prepared under this county governments administration. it precents the recent economic development and the actual fiscal performance of 2016/2017. it further highlights the implications of this fiscal performance on financial objectives set out in the 2017 county fiscal strategy paper that was prepared in February 2017. this CBROP also provides us with a basis to review the 2017/2018 budget in the context of the supplementary estimates as well as set out the broad fiscal parameters for the next budget 2018/2019 and the medium term............................
