Abstract

The County Budget Review and Outlook Paper (CBROP) 2023 has been prepared in line with section 118 of the Public Finance Management (PFM) act 2023. it presents the recent economic developments and actual fiscal performance of the FY 2022/2023 and makes comparison to the budget appropriations for the same year. In this Paper, we will also provide an overview of how the actual performance of the FY 2023/2024 affected the county's compliance with the fiscal responsibility principles and financial objectives.......
