Abstract/ Overview
The Salaries and Remuneration Commission conducted a Job Evaluation exercise in the Public Service. The objective of the exercise was to determine the comparable and relative worth of jobs; provide criteria for classifying the jobs; rationalize, harmonize and develop an equitable grading structure; and recommend an appropriate salary structure.
